The Accelerated reading (AR) store is a prize store funded by the APTO where the kids K-8 have a chance to spend points they eared while reading books. The AR store was created to help encourage reading as being a fun way to learn. Knowing how to read and understand what you read is an important part of education and we think this program works very well.”

Each child has the opportunity to purchase an item from the AR store with the points they earn.
