• To Foster a caring organization that respects the dignity and worth of all people through action and words—modeling respect for each other.

• To improve student academic performances as measured by other standardized tests, increased enrollment and success in advanced classes, and reduce failure rates—a commitment of all to the learning environment.

• To instill values and skills that will assist students in becoming quality producers in the 21st Century.
