During his formative years Mr. Tolman experienced
success in the sports of wrestling, track, and cross
After graduating from Manti High School in Manti, Utah,
Mr. Tolman proceeded to Ricks College before serving an
LDS mission in Salta, Argentina.
Following his service he graduated from Ricks
College and then from the University of Utah with a B.A.
in English with a minor in Spanish.
Mr. Tolman had an exciting career
in quality control before becoming a teacher.
He spent several years in software development,
making video games and then training software, before
making the jump to manufacturing.
Mr. Tolman is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black
Belt, and has worked on a variety of process improvement
processes, leading teams to great success in efforts to
improve efficiency in production.
In 2010 Mr. Tolman decided to make
the jump to teaching and obtained his Master’s degree
from Eastern Oregon University.
After receiving his degree Mr. Tolman obtained
employment at Adrian High School where he enjoys the
students, the faculty, and the community.
