I was born in Ontario, OR and was raised in Jamieson, Oregon. My 1st +2nd grades were spent at Jamieson in a 2 class room school house. In 3rd grade we made the 5 mile trip to Willow Creek where I continued threw 8th grade. My freshman year we were bused 20 miles to Vale Union High School. The end of my junior year my family moved to Adrian where I graduated.

I was active in sports during high school. I was on the tennis team in Vale but changed to field hockey at Adrian as they did not have tennis. I played soft ball and continued in the summers on women's + co - ed teams until it started conflicting with my children's sports.

I attended Eastern Oregon State College for two years and then graduated from what is now ITT School of Business as an executive secretary.

I then went to work for Idaho First National Bank and worked in the banking industry for 20 years. Lastly as a customer service manager and investments I have worked for ASD for 10 years and absolutely love it. It is so much fun to watch the kids grow from kindergarten into teenagers. It has been a pleasure to get to know their parents and be more involved in the community.

My hobby is gardening. I have a green house and grow most every thing from seed, which is very rewarding to watch it grow. I don't know when to quit planting so I have a huge flower garden. I have a wonderful husband (Kelly) of 28 years and two wonderful daughters (Brandi and Calli) We have been farming for 28 years and love this community.
